Water-Based Hydroxyl Acrylic Dispersion for High-Performance 2K PU Topcoats and Primers

Primary Applications

Topcoats: For automotive refinishing, vehicle refitting, and coatings for metal, plastic, and wood.
Primers: For plastic and wood substrates.
Industrial Coatings: Can be used to produce floor coatings when combined with oil-based curing agents.

Formulation Guidance

Curing Agent: Must be mixed with a water-based isocyanate curing agent.
Recommended Co-solvents: DPNB, PnB, DGBE, BCS.
Recommended Thinners: PGDA, or a PMA+DBE blend.

Important Note: This resin should not be used in the paste grinding process due to potential stability issues. High initial viscosity after mixing components may shorten the pot life.

Packaging and Storage Conditions

Packing specification: 20KG/200KG/1000KG large opening plastic drums or according to customer requirements.
Shelf life: 6 months
Product transportation: Handle gently to avoid impact, damage and leakage.
Product storage: The product should be stored in a closed container, avoid freezing and high temperature, recommended storage temperature: 5~35℃
Usage recommendation: Once the container is opened, it is recommended to use it within a short period of time.
