  • A water-based hydroxyl acrylic dispersion designed for formulating high-performance two-component polyurethane coatings when combined with a water-based isocyanate curing agent.
  • Primarily used for topcoats and clear finishes on various metal substrates. Also suitable as a resin for integrated primer-topcoat systems.

Application Guidelines
  • Recommended co-solvents:
    • For main agent: DPNB, PNB, DBG, BG
    • For dilution: PGDA, PMA, PMA+DBE (1:1 or 1:2 mixture)
  • Important notes:
    • High initial viscosity after mixing A/B components may shorten the pot life.
    • Not recommended for paste grinding due to potential stability issues that may impact performance.
  • Viscosity adjustment: If viscosity decreases during storage (due to pH drop), it can be readjusted by adding a 10%-20% diluted DMEA aqueous solution.
Testing Example
  • Recommended curing agent: WL-AC300 (for primer-topcoat systems)
  • Mixing ratio: 4 : 1 (base resin : curing agent)
  • Film thickness control: Up to 85μm without pinholes.
  • Curing process: Baking at 80℃ for 2-4 hours followed by ambient curing for 1-7 days results in excellent salt spray resistance.

Packaging & Storage
  • Packaging: 20KG/200KG/1000KG wide-mouth plastic drums, or customized per customer requirements.
  • Shelf life: 6 months.
  • Storage conditions: Store in sealed containers, protected from freezing and high temperatures. Recommended storage temperature: 5~35℃.
  • Usage recommendation: Use shortly after opening.
